      以苯乙烯(St)、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为单体,采用双重乳液法制备了水包油包水(W/O/W)型双重乳液,然后在偶氮二异丁腈引发下聚合得到多孔聚苯乙烯(PS),最后采用傅克烷基化反应构建微孔结构得到多级孔聚苯乙烯。探讨了搅拌速率对高内相乳液稳定性以及PS粒子粒径的影响,采用粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、全自动物理吸附仪分别对PS粒子粒径、表面形貌、比表面积及孔径分布进行了表征。结果表明,当搅拌速度达到800 rpm,高内相乳液保持良好稳定性,复乳制备过程中搅拌速度控制在200~300 rpm,可实现PS粒子粒径有效控制;多孔PS比表面积随着DVB用量增加而增加,通过超交联反应能够在介孔、大孔结构PS粒子骨架上进一步构筑微孔,形成具有微孔、介孔和大孔的多级孔结构,当DVB含量为20%时,比表面积可达598.2 m2/g。

      The W/O/W double emulsions were prepared via double emulsion method using styrene (St) and divinylbenzene (DVB) as monomers, and then porous polystyrene (PS) was prepared by the polymerization initiated by azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN). Finally, microporous structures were constructed by Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction to obtain polystyrene with hierarchical pores. The effects of the stirring speed on the stability of high internal emulsions and the particle size of polystyrene particles were discussed. The particle size of PS was characterized by the particle size analyzer, the surface morphology of PS was characterized by the scanning electron microscope and the specific area and the pore size of PS were characterized by the automatic physical adsorption instrument. The results show that when the stirring speed reaches 800 rpm, the high internal phase emulsion keeps good stability, and the particle size of PS particles can be effectively controlled at 200~300 rpm during the preparation process of multiple emulsions. The specific surface area of porous PS increases with the increase of DVB dosage, and the microporous structure on the PS particle skeleton with mesopore and macropore can be further constructed through the hyper-crosslinking reaction, the hierarchical porous polystyrene with micropore, mesopore and macropore will be finally prepared. When the content of DVB is 20%, the specific surface area is up to 598.2 m2/g.
