      为探究高山植物中华金腰种子在低海拔地区萌发特性,本文测定了存储方式、光照、低温、赤霉素浸种4种因素处理对于其种子萌发的影响。研究结果表明:(1) 中华金腰种子具有后熟休眠特性;(2) 光照条件下发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数显著高于黑暗条件;(3) 发芽势和发芽指数在 5℃低温条件下有提高,且与低温处理时间呈正相关,但低温对发芽率没有明显影响;(4) 采用赤霉素浓度150mg/L 浸种12h后发芽率高达97.77%,但是浸种时间与种子活力呈负相关。本研究结论可用于农业生产,增加高山植物在低海拔地区的存活率,并为中华金腰种质资源的开发利用提供科学依据。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the seed germination characteristics of Chrysosplenium sinicum, four factors of storage mode, light, low temperature and seed soaking under gibberellin were taken and their influence to the seed germination were researched in this paper. Result shows below, (1) The seed of C. sinicum has dormancy charater. (2) The germination rate, germination potential and germination index under light condition were significantly higher than those under dark condition. (3) Low temperature treatment at 5 °C can positively raise the seed germination potential and germination index, but it has no significant effect to seed germination rate. (4) Under 150mg/L GA3 for 12 hours, the seed germination rate reaches its peak with 97.77 %, but the soaking time negatively related to the seed activity. The conclusion of this study can be used in agricultural production, increase the survival rate of alpine plants in low altitude areas, and provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of germplasm resources of C. sinicum.
