      为了探究人工种植七叶一枝花的根部可培养内生细菌的多样性以及筛选促生菌株。本研究采集四川地区代表性种植园的七叶一枝花,并从0.1g根中分离获得210株可培养内生细菌,通过16S rDNA序列分析,将其分类到4个门,5个纲,9个目,12个科,18个属。其中,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas,38.39%)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter,34.60%)为优势属。随后,通过与小麦幼苗共培养,筛选到4株具有促生作用的菌株。其中,假单胞菌属菌株SCR21024对小麦幼苗的促生作用最强,与其共培养的小麦幼苗的株高和根长与对照相比,增长率达到了116.7%和135.5%。与萨克氏菌属(Kosakonia)菌株SCR21043和假单胞菌属菌株SCR21047共培养的小麦幼苗的根长与对照相比,增长率分别达到了106.7%和59.5%。与假单胞菌属菌株SCR21025共培养的小麦幼苗的株高与对照相比,增长率达到了71.7%。本研究为深入分析该地区种植七叶一枝花不同组织中的可培养内生细菌的差异以及利用促生菌改良七叶一枝花种植技术研究奠定了基础。

      To explore the diversity of culturable endophytic bacteria in the roots of Paris polyphylla and screen the growth-promoting strains. In this paper, 210 culturable endophytic bacteria were isolated from 0.1g roots of Paris polyphylla in a representative plantation in Sichuan. By sequencing 16S rDNA, they can be classified into 4 phyla, 5 classes, 9 orders, 12 families and 18 genera. The genus Pseudomonas (38.39%) and Acinetobacter (34.60%) are the dominant genera. Subsequently, 4 strains were selected to promote the growth of wheat seedlings by co-culture. Among them, the significant promoting effect of Pseudomonas strain SCR21024 on wheat seedlings was observed, the growth rate of plant height and root length of wheat seedlings co-cultured with it reached 116.7% and 135.5% compared with the control. The root length of wheat seedlings co-cultured with the strains SCR21043 of Kosakonia and SCR21047 of Pseudomonas increased by 106.7% and 59.5%, respectively, compared with the control. The plant height of wheat seedlings co-cultured with Pseudomonas strain SCR21025 increased by 71.7%, compared with the control. This study provides a basis for the further analysis of the difference of culturable endophytes in different tissues and the diversity of culturable endophytes in different regions, and for the improvement of the planting technology of Paris polyphylla by using the growth-promoting bacteria.
