      纳米载体一直是研究者关注的热点问题, 其制造方法仍然是探索的主要课题. 本课题在前期研究的基础上, 分别以四氢呋喃(THF)和水为反应介质, 制备具有聚苯乙烯核-交联聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)壳的纳米球. 研究了水中的搅拌速率、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺浓度和苯乙烯的反应时间等因素对球体尺寸和单分散性的影响. 结果表明, 在一定条件下, 可以得到平均粒径为63nm, 单分散性较好的纳米球. 实验结果还表明, 苯乙烯在THF中的聚合时间为第一影响因素, 其次是在水环境聚合下的搅拌速度. 该方法为制备单分散纳米颗粒或纳米囊提供了一种模式, 在疏水性药物的输送系统、油-水分离、单分子检测、胶体科学等具有较高的吸引力.
英文摘要:
      Investigation about nanocarriers has been a hot issue and nanofabrication method still is main subject. Based on our previous work, the nanospheres with polystyrene cores and crosslinked poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) shells were fabricated using tetrahydrofuran and water as reaction media. Some factors including stirring rates in water, N-isopropylacrylamide concentration and reaction time of styrene were investigated their effect levels on the sphere sizes and monodispersity of the spheres. The results show the mean diameters can be obtained at 63 nm with preferable monodispersity under some condition. The results also display that the first effect factor was the reaction time of styrene, and the second was the stirring rate. The proposed method provides a mode to prepare monodisperse nanospheres or nanocapsules, which are highly attractive for targeting hydrophobic-drug delivery systems, oil-water separation, single molecule detect, colloid science and so on.
