      智能化医疗监测系统能够在很大程度上提高医护工作效率并降低监护成本。本文设计并实现了一种基于ZigBee技术的医疗监测系统,并提出一种自适应拥塞控制方法(ACC,Adaptive Congestion Control)解决数据传输过程中的拥塞问题,仿真结果表明ACC自适应拥塞控制方法能更好地适应复杂医疗环境下的数据传输并有效提升网络性能。

      Intelligent medical monitoring systems can efficiently promote the working efficiency and reduce the cost for medical care. In this paper, a medical monitoring system has been designed and implemented based on ZigBee technique, then, an adaptive congestion control method (ACC) is proposed to resolve the congestion for data transmission. Simulation results show that the adaptive congestion control method of ACC can better adapt to the network communication in the medical environment and effectively improve the network performance.
