      为了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间大学生的营养健康状况,对我校食品质量与安全专业的学生进行膳食营养问卷调查,调查内容包括调查对象基本情况、饮食习惯、生活方式、身体健康状况等几个方面,一共收集到143份调查结果。结果显示,新冠肺炎疫情期间大学生在生活习惯方面与疫情前相比有明显变化,如大部分调查对象运动量减少、睡眠量增加、体力活动强度降低;而疫情只对少部分调查对象的饮食习惯和健康状况具有明显影响,对绝大部分调查对象的影响不大;进一步调查发现其原因与个人对营养健康的重视程度以及不同个体生活的城市疫情严重程度不一有关。
英文摘要:
      To understand the nutritional health status of college students during the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic, a dietary nutrition survey was conducted among the students majoring in food quality and safety in our school. The contents of the survey include the basic information of the subjects, dietary patterns, lifestyle, physical condition during the epidemic. A total of 143 survey results were collected. The results showed that there were significant changes in the living habits of college students during the COVID-19 epidemic period compared with those before the epidemic. For example, most of the respondents had less outside exercise, more sleep and lower intensity of physical activity. However, the epidemic had little impact on the dietary patterns and health condition of most of the respondents, only a few of them were significantly affected. It is speculated that the reason may be related to the different cognition of the individual on the nutritional health and the different severity of the epidemic in cities where different individuals live.
