      电镀中间体废水呈强酸、强碱性,含盐量高,有机物浓度高、成分复杂,难处理。本文采用混凝-蒸发-臭氧双氧水协同氧化组合工艺对电镀中间体生产废水进行预处理研究,结果表明:混凝沉淀可去除部分CODCr、降低TDS,PAC+PAM混凝效果最佳;蒸发处理,各水样TDS均小于1 mg/L,CODCr在800—2000 mg/L,水样全蒸发预处理,处理成本较高;混凝后,对高含盐废水蒸发,再与其他废水混合,经臭氧、双氧水协同氧化后所得综合废水,达到后续生化处理的进水水质要求,处理成本小于废水全蒸发工艺。

      It’s difficult to treat the electroplating intermediate wastewater, which can be attributed to the complex components with high acidic, high alkaline, high TDS and high COD concentrations. In this paper, the pretreatment of electroplating intermediate wastewater was studied by a combined process: coagulation-Evaporate-ozone and hydrogen peroxide. The results was shown that CODCr and TDS could be removed by coagulation process. And the optimal coagulant was PAC+PAM. By evaporate process, TDS concentration were lower than 1 mg/L, and CODCr concentration were 800—2000 mg/L. The treatment cost would be high if all of the wastewater were treated by evaporate process. After coagulation process, the high TDS wastewater were treated by evaporate process, then were blended with other wastewater. By ozone and hydrogen peroxide process, the effluent meet the requirements of subsequent bio-treatment process. And the cost was lower than evaporating the whole wastewater process.
