采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和(半)制备HPLC的方法从黄连内生真菌Fusarium proliferatum固体发酵产物中分离纯化得到9个化合物,通过波谱学数据分析并结合其物理性质,将其鉴定为:methyl 2-(6-hydroxybenzothiazol-4-yl) acetate (1)、cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Pro) (2)、1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (3)、methyl ferulate (4)、Cyclo-(D-Phe-L-Ile) (5)、Asperazine (6)、fonsecinone A (7)、aurasperone A (8)、nigerone (9)。以上化合物均首次从Fusarium proliferatum中分离得到。 |

By using gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, and (semi-)preparative HPLC, nine compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus Fusarium proliferatum of Coptidischinensis. The structure of the compounds were determined to be methyl 2-(6-hydroxybenzothiazol-4-yl) acetate (1)、cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Pro) (2)、1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (3)、methyl ferulate (4)、Cyclo-(D-Phe-L-Ile) (5)、Asperazine (6)、fonsecinone A (7)、aurasperone A (8)、nigerone (9). All compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Fusarium proliferatum for the first time. |
