      为探究凤尾草乙醇提取物(ethanol extract of Pteris multifda Poir, EEPM)舒张高钾与乙酰胆碱(ACh)预收缩的小鼠气管平滑肌的作用机理,利用张力换能器探究EEPM对高钾和ACh预收缩的离体小鼠气管环中相关离子通道的影响,并利用肺功能仪检测活体水平上EEPM对小鼠呼吸气道阻力(respiratory airway resistance, Rrs)的影响.结果表明:EEPM能够完全舒张由高钾和ACh引起的气管平滑肌收缩,其原因在于EEPM能够抑制电压依赖性钙离子通道(voltage dependent calcium channels, VDCCs)和非选择性阳离子通道(nonselective cation current, NSCCs)以及Na+/Ca2+交换通道(Na+/Ca2+ exchanger, NCX),阻止胞内钙库钙离子的释放和胞外钙离子的内流.并且,EEPM能够降低ACh引起的Rrs上升.故EEPM有望成为一种治疗哮喘的新药.

      To explore the mechanism of the relaxation effect of ethanol extract of Pteris multifda Poir (EEPM) on precontracted tracheal smooth muscle of mice induced by hyperkalemia or acetylcholine chloride (ACh), tension transducer was used to explore the effects of EEPM on related ion channels in isolated tracheal rings of mice precontracted with high potassium or ACh. Then pulmonary function instrument was also used to detect the effect of EEPM on respiratory airway resistance (Rrs) in mice. Test results indicated EEPM could fully relax tracheal smooth muscle contraction caused by hyperkalemia or ACh, probably because EEPM was able to inhibit voltage dependent calcium channels (VDCCs), nonselective cation current (NSCCs) and Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX), block the release of calcium ions in intracellular calcium reservoir and the influx of extracellular calcium ions. Besides, EEPM could decrease the increase of Rrs induced by ACh. So EEPM is expected to be a new drug for treating asthma.
