      采用超声辅助提取响应曲面法从昆仑雪菊中提取多酚化合物,分别考察乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比对昆仑雪菊多酚提取量的影响. 在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法进行工艺优化,确定最佳提取条件为提取溶剂乙醇,浓度为54%,料液比1g:42 mL,时间55 min. 在此条件下,昆仑雪菊中的多酚提取量为63.1 mg GAE/g DW.
英文摘要:
      An ultrasonic assisted extraction of response surface methodology was used to extract polyphenol from Coreopsis tinctoria. The single factor experiment of ethanol concentration, extraction time and material liquid ratio was carried on the extraction yield of polyphenols. On the basis of single factor test, response surface experiment was used to optimize the process. The best extraction conditions were as follows, ethanol concentration of 54%, material liquid ratio of 1g: 42ml, and extraction time 55min. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of polyphenols was up to 63.1 mg GAE/g DW.
