为探究In2O3对Cu/ZnO催化剂催化性能的影响,采用尿素水热法制备了不同In2O3添加量的Cu/ZnO-In2O3催化剂用于CO2加氢制甲醇反应,并通过XRD、SEM、XPS、H2-TPR、H2-TPD和CO2-TPD等对其进行了表征.结果表明:U-CZ0.8I催化剂的催化性能最优,280 ℃时的甲醇时空产率达到了2.9 mmol/gcat/h.在Cu/ZnO催化剂中引入In2O3使得与ZnO具有相互作用的CuO还原温度降低,同时In2O3使催化剂在高温下吸附CO2性能显著增加,从而使催化剂表现出较高的甲醇产率;但进一步增加In2O3的添加量,催化剂的催化活性反而下降. |

In order to investigate the effect of In2O3 addition on the catalytic performance of Cu/ZnO catalyst, Cu/ZnO-In2O3 catalysts with different In2O3 addition amount for the hydrogenation of CO2 to methanol were prepared by urea hydrothermal method. And they were characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, H2-TPR, H2-TPD,CO2-TPD and other characterization methods. The results showed that the catalytic performance of U-CZ0.8I was the best, and the methanol STY reached 2.9 mmol/gcat/h at 280 ℃. The addition of In2O3 in U-CZ decreased the reduction temperature of CuO due to the interaction with ZnO. Furthermore, with the presence of In2O3, the catalyst could adsorb a larger amount of CO2 at high temperature, thus showed a higher methanol yield. However, when the amount of In2O3 was further increased, the catalytic activity of the catalyst decreased. |
