      为研究樟属植物樟树叶化学成分,采用溶剂提取法、正反相硅胶柱色谱法、聚酰胺、制备HPLC法进行分离和纯化,运用波谱技术鉴定其结构. 从樟树叶的95%乙醇提取物分离得到13个化合物,其中5个为苯乙醇类化合物,7个为酚类/苄基类化合物,1个为苯丙酸类化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:熊果苷(1)、对硝基苯基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、苄基-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、淫羊藿次苷D2(4)、对羟基苯乙醇-α-L-呋喃芹糖基-(1''-6')-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、3,5-二羟基苯乙醇-3-[O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、4-羟基苯乙醇-3-O-β-D-(6'-O-对羟基苯甲酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、3-羟基-苯乙醇-4-]O-(6'-O-β-芹呋喃糖基)-β-D-葡吡喃糖苷(8)、对羟基苯甲醛(9)、香草醛(10)、对羟基苯乙酮(11)、丁香酸(12)、绿原酸正丁酯(13). 化合物2~813为从樟属植物中首次分离.

      o investigate the chemical constituents from the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora, the separation and purification process was carried out by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography, polyamide preparation & HPLC, and the structure was identified by spectrum technology. Thirteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Cinnamomum camphora leaves, including five phenylethanol compounds, seven phenolic/benzyl compounds and one phenylpropionic acid. They were identified as: Arbutin (1), p-nitrophenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), benzyl β-D-xylopyanosy-(1'-6')-glucopyranoside (3), icariside D2 (4), 4-[O-α-apiofuranosyl-(1''-6')-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy]phenyl-ethanol (5), 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 4-hydroxyphenethanol-3-O-β-D-(6'-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl)-glucopyranoside (7), bulbophyllinoside (8), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (9), vanillin (10), 4-hydroxyacetophenone (11), syringic acid (12), chlorogenic acid butyl ester(13). Among them, compounds 2-8 and 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
