      分析了沙雷氏菌SCR21026对黄芪幼苗生长和生理指标以及对黄芪皂苷合成相关基因表达的影响,结果表明沙雷氏菌SCR21026对黄芪幼苗的生长具有一定的促进作用,对黄芪幼苗的可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、MDA、GA和可溶性蛋白含量及POD活力的影响较大. 施加沙雷氏菌SCR21026能够促进黄芪皂苷合成相关基因的表达,施菌后第15天时,HMGR、IDI、FPS、SS、SE、CAS基因的相对表达量分别是对照组的103.33、42.12、24.83、66.57、35.00、43.00倍. 本研究为利用微生物改良和提高黄芪人工种植技术提供了潜在的菌种资源.
英文摘要:
      The effects of Serratia sp. SCR21026 on the growth, physiology, and the expression of genes related in astragalus saponins of Astragalus membranaceus seedlings were investigated. The results showed that Serratia sp. SCR21026 had a growth-promoting effect on Astragalus membranaceus seedlings. Applying Serratia sp. SCR21026 had an obvious effect on the contents of soluble sugar, soluble starch, MDA, GA and soluble protein, as well as POD activity, in Astragalus membranaceus seedlings. Applying Serratia sp. SCR21026 could increase the expression levels of the genes related in astragalus saponins of its seedlings, and after applying the bacterium for 15 days, the relative expression levels of HMGR, IDI, FPS, SS, SE, CAS genes were 103.33, 42.12, 24.83, 66.57, 35.00, 43.00 times of that of the control, respectively. The results provided a potential bacterial resource to guarantee and improve the artificially planting technology of Astragalus membranaceus using beneficial microorganisms.
