      为了提高传统三维检测算法在插针尺寸检测中的效率和准确度,提出了一种三维数据与二维图像相结合的插针尺寸检测方法。将高维的点云数据降维成只具有高度信息的二维灰度图像,再利用二维图像处理技术,在灰度图像中确定插针位置,缩小检测范围,最后通过确定插针针尖与基准面的高度,计算出插针尺寸大小并判断该插针是否合格。实验测试结果表明,所提出的检测方法不仅提高了生产线的自动化程度,而且使得产品检测效率和准确度得到提高,在三维测量领域有着广泛的应用前景。

      In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of traditional 3D detection algorithm in pin size detection, a method of pin size detection based on 3D data and 2D image is proposed. In the new method, the high-dimensional points cloud data is reduced to a two-dimensional gray image with only high information, and then using the two-dimensional image processing technology, the position of the pin is determined in the gray image, and the detection range is reduced. Finally, by determining the height of the needle tip and the reference plane, the size of the pin is calculated and whether the needle is qualified. The experimental test results show that the proposed detection method not only improves the automation degree of the production line, but also improves the product detection efficiency and accuracy. It has a wide range of application prospects in the field of three-dimensional measurement.
