      以某自动化立体仓库的生产过程为研究对象,为提高立体仓库的生产效率,利用数字孪生技术和人工智能优化算法,对立体仓库的入库、送检、回库、出库进行调度优化。首先提出基于工期最短的立体仓库的调度优化模型,之后研究了该模型的人工智能算法的实现过程,最后编程求解。仿真结果表明:优先完成送检任务,是缩短工期的有效手段。该结果可为立库调度设计提供理论支持,并提高立库生产效率。

      In this paper, we taking the production process of an automatic three-dimensional warehouse as the research object, in order to improve the production efficiency of three-dimensional warehouse, the scheduling optimization of warehousing, inspection, return and delivery of three-dimensional warehouse is carried out by using digital twin technology and artificial intelligence optimization algorithm. Firstly, the scheduling optimization model of three-dimensional warehouse based on the shortest construction period is proposed, then the implementation process of artificial intelligence algorithm of the model is studied, and next, solved by programming. At the end, the simulation results show that giving priority to completing the inspection task is an effective means to shorten the construction period. The results can provide theoretical support for warehouse scheduling design and improve the production efficiency of warehouse.
