      无线传感器网络具有低功耗等特性,用于医疗监护领域能够有效提高医护效率.基于ZigBee的无线传感器网络采用带有冲突避免的载波侦听多路访问(CSMA/CA)算法来减少碰撞.为进一步提高医疗系统的传输速率及稳定性,本文提出一种非时隙CSMA/CA算法的三维马尔可夫链模型,评估了三个关键参数对于可靠性和延迟的影响.实现了基于优先级的医疗数据传输.仿真结果表明,该算法能够有效实现区分服务,提高网络性能.

      The wireless sensor network has the characteristics of low power consumption and can effectively improve the efficiency of medical care when used in the field of medical monitoring. The wireless sensor network based on ZigBee adopts the carrier sense multiple access/collision avoidance (CSMA/CA) algorithm to reduce collisions. To further improve the transmission rate and stability of the medical system, this paper proposes a 3D Markov chain model of the unslotted CSMA/CA algorithm, and evaluates the influence of three key parameters on reliability and delay. Enables priority-based medical data transmission. Simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively implement differentiated services and improve network performance.
