      为科学可靠地为抽水蓄能电站投资商制定投资计划,提出一种基于抽水蓄能电站广义经济效益的投资年限边界值研究方法。该方法在传统经济效益模式中,引入社会成本和社会收入,进一步完善了抽水蓄能电站经济效益模型。并在此基础上,构建了相应广义成本和收入计算模型,以及静态投资年限边界值模型。最后,以某抽水蓄能电站实际数据进行仿真,其结果表明,相比传统经济效益模型,广义经济效益增长了49.02%,其投资年限边界缩短1.38年,而社会收入占总收入的11.77%,这有效说明了社会效益对投资决策的影响和考虑其经济效益的必要性。
英文摘要:
      In order to make investment plan for pumped storage power station investors scientifically and reliably, a research method of boundary value of investment period based on generalized economic benefit of pumped storage power station is proposed.?This method introduces social cost and social income into the traditional economic benefit model, and further improves the economic benefit model of pumped storage power station.?On this basis, the corresponding generalized cost and income calculation model and the static investment life boundary value model are constructed.?Finally, taking a pumped storage power station actual data simulation, the results show that compared with the traditional economic model, generalized economic benefit is increased by 49.02%, life boundary to shorten 1.38 years, according to their investment and social income accounted for 11.77% of total revenue, which effectively illustrates the influence of the social benefit for investment decision and consider the necessity of its economic benefits.
